Sarya Couture Makeup Look New

This post contains gifted items from Love Lula and Sarya Couture Makeup which have been marked with *. The company has provided them for review but have not had any control of this post. All opinions are 100% my own.

I have a new brand to introduce to you all today. I was very kindly sent some bits from Love Lula from the brand Sarya Couture Makeup to try out. If you follow me on Instagram then you would of seen the unboxing of these bits last week – if you don’t follow me then make sure you go and do it now, as I’m putting a lot of effort in and upping my stories game! (You can find this unboxing under the Unboxing story highlights). Anyway, I was surprised to see that they had very kindly sent me more products than I was expecting from their range to try and I didn’t delay in giving them a test run.

Sarya Couture Makeup New

Sarya Couture Makeup was created by 2 women, a mother and godmother to a new born baby girl. They wanted to create makeup that was as pure and natural as a new born baby in the hopes that they would create a healthier world for the baby girl and all the other baby girls that would grow up to become strong women.

The brand is aimed at the modern, conscious woman who is seeking a beauty brand that she can rely on. They aim to produce the purest formulations without compromising on performance. After two years of research and testing the first line of high performance lipsticks and eyeshadows was born, using the finest natural and organic ingredients.

Sarya Couture Makeup Organic Eyeshadow in Burlesque * – £17.80

The first thing I tried was the Organic Eyeshadow in Burlesque. I actually picked this colour out and the rest of the products were picked and sent to match this. The organic formula is blended from Bio Apricot Oil, Avacado Oil, bio Shea Butter and is free from parabens, mineral oils, perfumes and phthalates.

I chose Burlesque as it is a purple shade and I love darker colours for my eyeshadows – I find light colours tend to crease like a you-know-what on my lids, so I avoid them where I can. Burlesque goes on as a pink/brown/light plum shade and isn’t as deep a purple as I thought it would be. I actually like this though as I can wear it in the day, as well as building up the colour for a more intense nighttime look. I have hazel eyes, so a purple toned eyeshadow really makes them stand out.

It’s a really creamy, pigmented formula and you don’t need a lot for a good wash of colour. I’ve worn this for 8+ hours a couple of times now and it only creases a tiny bit towards the very end of the day. It still looks as vibrant as when I applied it and it doesn’t have any fall out. This eyeshadow gives my RMS Beauty ones a run for their money and it’s slightly cheaper too.

Sarya Couture Makeup Lipstick and Eyeshadow New

Sarya Couture Makeup Vegetarian Lipstick in Divaish * – £19.50

This is such a gorgeous shade. It’s a berry shade that leans towards the red side, that I think would suit most skin tones. It is enriched with castor oil and palm seed butter, making it super comfortable to wear. In fact I actually forgot I was wearing it most of the day, which isn’t necessarily great when you have a deep colour and a white t-shirt!!

The product claims that it’s a natural matte finish, but I would argue that it is more of a satin finish. It doesn’t dry down like a matte lipstick, but it isn’t super glossy either. It lasted a good 3-4 hours without touch ups, but it did disappear pretty quickly when I ate lunch. I didn’t mind though, as it wears off very evenly and didn’t leave me with a line around the edge of my lips.

I have a feeling that this is going to become a permanent feature in my make up bag.

Sarya Couture Makeup Vegan Brush 204 Short Shader * – £9.90

This brush has come at just the right time – I was only thinking the other day that I needed some new makeup brushes. That is manifestation at it’s best 😊! All of the SCM brushes are suitable for vegans, as they use synthetic Taklon hair.

The Short Shader is perfect for packing colour onto the lid. It picks up eyeshadow easily and is easy to blend out the edges with, although I wouldn’t use this as a crease brush. It’s also great to add colour underneath the lash line, as it has a short, round and flat head. It looks super stylish and is a great addition to my brush collection.

Sarya Couture Makeup Makeup Bag * – £13.30

I love the signature red of this brand and it makes for a really cute makeup bag. It’s a good sized pouch that will fit comfortably inside most handbags, but is still big enough to hold all of your make up essentials.

The lining is really luxurious and the bag itself is pretty sturdy too. It’s really well made and I can imagine that it will be able to take quite a bit of use before it gets damaged. The small SCM logo adds a touch of class, so you can get excited to pull this out and touch up your makeup for after work drinks.

Sarya Couture Makeup Look 2 New

I have to say as I’d never heard of Sarya Couture Makeup before I didn’t really know what to expect and I’ve been very pleasantly surprised. All of the products I’ve tested have given me great results and are worth the high end price tag – they are cheaper than some other brands, but I’d still class them as on the higher end of the price scale.

The products are completely worth it in my opinion. Amazing pigmentation, long lasting, great formulas and stylish packaging. I’m so grateful to Sarya Couture Makeup for sending me such a beautiful package and I really enjoyed putting a look together and creating this post.

Sarya Couture Makeup products can be found here at Love Lula.
